Burnout Coaching for Men: One Honest Hour, Then a Structure
6 min read · By Jerome Fletcher
Most men who search for burnout coaching are not in crisis. They are capable, responsible, and tired of performing a version of life that no longer fits. The job gets their best hours. Everyone else gets what is left. The mind does not switch off, sleep is thinner than it should be, and the question they keep avoiding is simple: how long can I keep carrying it like this?
That is the man our coaching page is written for: functioning on the outside, carrying too much on the inside. This article sets out what burnout coaching for men actually involves at The Framework Hub, what each step costs, and where the line sits between coaching and therapy, so you can judge any coach, including us, against a clear standard.
What a coaching hour actually does
Our coaching page puts the promise in one line: one hour, one honest conversation, a clear next step.
Coaching here is not motivation, and it is not a pep talk. We slow the noise down, name what is actually driving the pattern, and you leave with one clear direction you can act on. Sessions are held online, one to one, with Jerome Fletcher, founder of The Framework Hub.
Most people who book are not short on effort. They are short on space to think. They do not need more motivation. They need one structured hour with someone who will tell them the truth and help them decide what happens next.
The method: Pause. Reframe. Return.
The coaching hour runs on the same method behind the Men, Uninterrupted retreats and the book The Cost of Performance, applied to one person and one hour.
Pause. We get honest about what is heaviest right now, without fixing it in the first five minutes.
Reframe. We name the pattern underneath the problem. Most people are not stuck because they are lazy or broken. They are stuck because an old structure is being asked to carry a new weight.
Return. You leave with one clear next step, chosen by you, that fits the life you actually have.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
This coaching is for a man carrying a decision, a transition, or a pressure he cannot think through alone. For a man who leads people at work or at home and has no room where he gets to be the one who is heard. For a man rebuilding after a setback, a divorce, a career change, or a season that cost him more than he admits.
It is not for a man looking for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not for a man who wants to be told what he wants to hear. This hour is kind, and it is honest. Those two things travel together here.
Jerome brings a specific kind of experience to the room. He spent more than 15 years at the University of Southern California, including the Keck School of Medicine, in roles that included Chief of Staff and Assistant Director of Operations, Senior HR Business Partner, and Employee Relations Partner. He has sat inside the rooms where performance, pressure, conflict and consequence meet. You get a coach who understands organisations and pressure from the inside, and who will not waste your time with theory that cannot survive a Monday morning.
The ladder, with the prices stated plainly
Start free: the Grounding Call. A free 30 minute conversation. We slow down, name what is heaviest, and you leave with one clear reframe you can use today. It is not a sales call and it is not a coaching session. If coaching fits after it, Jerome will tell you plainly what that looks like. If it does not, you still leave with something real.
Mini Coaching: one session, $250. One focused 60 minute session, one to one with Jerome. For one live question: a decision you are circling, a pattern you keep repeating, or a weight you need to name before it names you. You bring the question. Jerome brings the structure. You leave with a clear direction and one next step.
Coaching Package: four sessions, $888. Four 60 minute sessions, one to one with Jerome. Bought separately, four sessions would cost $1,000. The package is $888. This is for the work that cannot be done in an hour: rebuilding a structure, working through a transition, or being accompanied while you make a change and keep it. One hour finds the pattern. Four hours give you time to change it, with someone checking the work between sessions.
How booking works is plain. You choose your session, pay securely through Stripe, and your payment confirms your booking request. You receive a personal scheduling email within one business day to set your session time. Sessions meet online, sixty minutes, one to one. After a package ends, whatever happens next is your decision. There is no automatic renewal and no pressure at the end of a package.
The boundary: coaching is not therapy
This line is stated on our coaching page, and it belongs in any honest article about burnout coaching for men. This is coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical care.
Coaching is forward looking, practical work on decisions, patterns and structure. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Jerome is not a licensed therapist or psychologist, and coaching is not a substitute for clinical care. If therapy is what you need, he will say so plainly and point you the right way.
If you are in immediate crisis, contact a crisis line or emergency services first. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Coaching sits inside a wider order of help, set out in what actually helps men who will not ask for help.
If you are carrying too much and you want one honest hour with structure behind it, start at Coaching. Read the ladder, start with the free Grounding Call if you are not ready to book, and bring one honest answer to the only intake question that matters: what is heaviest right now?
