    Overview

The Framework Hub respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect when you visit theframeworkhub.com, apply for a retreat, or otherwise communicate with us, and how that information is used and protected.

    Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, location, and any details you share through application forms, the contact form, or email correspondence.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This information is used to operate the site and improve the experience.

    Health and Sensitive Information

If you apply for a retreat, we ask for information that is more sensitive than an enquiry. Depending on the programme this can include your date of birth, dietary requirements and allergies, and any mobility, accessibility, injury or participation considerations you choose to tell us about. Some applications also ask what is prompting you to apply, and your answer may describe how you are feeling.

In the UK and EU this is treated as special-category data. We ask for it for one reason: to run a retreat safely and to know whether a programme is right for you. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

Where a facilitator, guide or venue needs to know something in order to keep you safe — an allergy, an injury, a mobility need — we share only that detail, and only with the people delivering your retreat. If a programme is booked by your employer or organisation, we do not share your individual answers with them.

The Men, Uninterrupted Texas application asks about medical conditions, injuries or medications, because the weekend includes breathwork, cold exposure and movement. Tell us only what someone running those sessions safely would need to know. Those answers are never saved in your browser's draft.

Please do not send detailed medical or mental-health information through the forms on this site. If something needs discussing, we would rather have that conversation directly.

    Emergency Contacts

Some applications ask for an emergency contact. That person has not given us their details themselves, so we ask you to tell them you have shared them. We use those details only to reach them in an emergency during your retreat, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

    How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Review and respond to retreat applications and enquiries.
    • Process payments and deliver the services you have purchased.
    • Send transactional messages relating to a retreat or booking.
    • Share occasional updates if you have opted in to hear from us.
    • Improve the site, content, and overall experience.

    Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers. Stripe's handling of card data is governed by their own privacy and security policies.

    Who Processes Your Information

We use Supabase to host our database and Stripe to process payments. We also use a transactional email provider to send booking and application messages, and scheduling tools for our own social publishing. These providers access information only as needed to perform their service and are required to keep it confidential.

    Where Your Information Goes

Our retreats are delivered in Indonesia and our suppliers are not all in one country, so information about you may be handled outside the country you live in, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the contractual protections our providers offer. If you would like to know where a particular piece of information is held, ask us and we will tell you.

    Cookies and Local Storage

We do not run third-party advertising trackers and there is no advertising pixel on this site.

We do store a few things in your browser. If you arrive from a campaign or referral link we keep a random identifier, the campaign parameters and the site that referred you for thirty days, so we can tell which of our own work, and which of the people who recommend us, brought you here. The identifier is a random number. It is not your name, we do not use it to work out who you are, and it is not shared with anyone else. We remember whether you have already seen the intro. And if you begin a retreat application without finishing it, the draft is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it — that draft stays on your device, is not sent to us until you submit, and is cleared when you do. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

When you arrive on a referral link we also record that visit on our own server: the link used, the page you landed on, any campaign parameters, and the address of the site that sent you. We record your IP address and browser only as a scrambled value that cannot be turned back into the original, and only to spot a referral link being abused. If you later apply, the visit is matched to your application so the person who referred you is credited. Nobody who refers you is shown your email address, your phone number, or anything you wrote in an application.

    Your Choices

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing does not affect messages about a booking you have made.

If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

    Data Retention

We keep application and booking information for as long as needed to deliver the retreat, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any dispute. Enquiry details are kept until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer useful.

If you ask us to erase your information, we do so unless we are required to keep a record for a legal or accounting reason, in which case we tell you what we are keeping and why.
