Who delivers this
The work is founder-led by Jerome Fletcher, with facilitators and partners brought in where the room needs them.
Jerome's background is HR operations, workforce strategy, organisational design, governance and compliance, built over years at the Keck School of Medicine at USC and carried forward in advisory work today.
