Men, Uninterrupted

Stop long enough to choose what comes next.

Hotel Sages, Bali, IndonesiaMarch 11 to 18, 2027

You have built a life people rely on. Would you choose it again today?

Most of the year there is no room to ask. Work takes the best of your hours, and home gets what is left.

So the question waits for a quieter week that never quite arrives.

    • When did you last think about your own life without being interrupted?
    • Who are you when there is nobody to perform for?
    • What do you want the years ahead to be for?

Men, Uninterrupted was built for the point where those questions stop waiting.

    Who this room is for

Most men aren't broken. They're unrefined.

What brings a man into this room is his willingness to stop for a week and tell the truth, whatever his title.

This week may suit you if:

    • You are the one people lean on, and you are quietly tired of carrying it alone.
    • You can admit the way you are living costs more than it should.
    • You want frameworks you can still use on an ordinary Tuesday at home.
    • You are willing to be honest in a small room of men.
    • You will treat the 30 days before and the 90 days after as seriously as the week itself.

If you have to talk yourself into it, it is not for you.

    The shape of the week

    1. 01

      Pause.

Step out of the pace you keep, long enough to hear yourself think.

    2. 02

      Reframe.

Look at what you carry through the frameworks, and see what still earns its place.

    3. 03

      Return.

Go back to work and home with 90 days of integration and a small pod of men beside you.

    The week

A seven-day immersion at Hotel Sages, built around a few things done properly.

    Framework workshops

Practical framework workshops, applied to the life you actually lead at work and at home. Bring the real situation with you.

    Reflection and stillness

Time alone with your leather notebook and a private journal in The Framework Companion. Sound healing is part of the week, and all it asks is that you listen. Time with nothing on it is part of the week too.

    Out in the open

ATV riding. Plenty of this week is serious. This part is for the enjoyment of it.

    Bali, with respect

Bali shapes this week as much as any workshop does.

Waterfall purification is a Balinese practice. We take part as guests, with respect for the people and the tradition it belongs to.

Through our work with Balinese hosts and local experience providers, the retreat supports local livelihoods and honours the culture welcoming us.

    The men beside you

The group is kept to 9 to 12 men so honest conversation has room. Nobody here needs to impress anybody.

    Purpose

A MAN'S PURPOSE IS BIGGER THAN HIMSELF. To build. To lead. To protect. To serve the next generation.

That purpose deserves your strength. It can have it and still leave you standing.

Somewhere along the way, many capable men pick up a harder rule: the more something costs you, the more it proves you care. So they keep paying, and they call the damage commitment.

Stewardship asks something different. A steward looks after what has been placed in his care and hands it on in better shape.

You are part of what has been placed in your care.

The next generation needs a man who lasts.

    Jerome Fletcher

I know this season from the inside

I'm Jerome Fletcher, founder of The Framework Hub.

During my time as Chief of Staff at USC's Keck School of Medicine, I saw how much capable people could carry while still showing up for everyone else.

I had to look at that in my own life too: how much energy I was giving to responsibility, and how little room I was leaving for myself.

Men, Uninterrupted grew from that need for honest connection, and for a way of living that leaves something for you.

I wrote The Framework Series, including The Destination Within, to give people practical ways to understand what carrying so much is costing them and make room for a life they can actually enjoy.

I won't tie my own story up neatly for you. Real ones rarely end that way.

    I host Men, Uninterrupted myself.

    Taken care of

You make decisions for other people all year. For this week, a good many are made before you land, so your attention can stay on why you came.

    Going home

When the week ends, you go home to the same work and the same people. The week is designed with that return in mind.

Take space to think. Bring home practical frameworks. Walk back in with clearer direction.

    Three ways in

Take whichever suits where you are.

    The application

This is an intentionally intimate group of 9 to 12 men. The application is about fit for the season you are walking into.

    By application.

    A conversation first

Have a few questions before you apply? Book a complimentary conversation with Jerome about the week and whether it feels right for you. If you decide to apply, a separate 15-minute fit call follows your application.

    The self-assessment

A complimentary self-assessment: nine short questions, under five minutes, and nothing at the end that scores or labels you.

    Questions men ask

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

It is for men who carry real responsibility at work and at home and are privately tired of carrying it the way they have been.

Men, Uninterrupted is for men aged 21 and over.

It isn't therapy. If you need clinical support, please start with a qualified professional.

It also isn't a motivational weekend. A man looking to be fired up for a few days will be disappointed.

    What happens after I apply?

The next step is a 15-minute fit call. It is a straight conversation, in both directions, about whether this week suits where you are.

Where do I fly, and when should I arrive?

Fly into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar Airport, Bali (DPS). The retreat begins on March 11, 2027. Please arrive by 7:00 PM Bali local time on March 10, the day before. Airport pickup is included.

Flights are not included and must be booked separately. Entry requirements for Indonesia depend on your passport, so check them early.

    What should I pack?

A leather notebook is provided. Your private journal for the week lives in The Framework Companion, so bring the device you use it on.

    For the week:

    • Lightweight clothing, and a light layer for cooler mornings
    • Swimwear
    • Comfortable walking shoes and sandals
    • Sun protection and insect repellent
    • A reusable water bottle
    • Personal toiletries and any medication you need

    For ATV riding:

    • Clothes you don't mind getting muddy, and a complete change for afterwards
    • Secure closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops aren't suitable

    For waterfall purification:

    • Modest clothing suitable for getting wet
    • Secure footwear with good grip
    • A towel
    • Dry clothes for afterwards

Follow the local host's guidance on respectful dress and participation.

What happens in the 30 days before and the 90 days after?

Both run through The Framework Companion. In the 30 days before, you prepare, so the week starts before you land. In the 90 days after, you integrate what you worked on, with a small pod of men from your retreat keeping each other accountable.

The daily practice takes about two minutes. It opens with one framework line. You write a short reflection on it and set one intention for the day.

Do I need to hold any particular beliefs?

No particular religious or spiritual belief is expected. You are welcome to approach the experience with curiosity and respect, without adopting anyone else's beliefs.

    Is every activity optional?

Yes. Every activity is an invitation. Where it is appropriate, you can observe instead of taking part, or take the time for yourself. You will never be required to share anything personal, or to join any practice you would rather not.

Are there requirements for ATV riding?

Every guest is 21 or over, and you don't need a driver's licence or previous experience. The operator provides the safety equipment, including a helmet.

ATV participation is subject to the selected operator's eligibility and safety requirements. Please tell us about any injuries or mobility limitations during your fit call so we can discuss suitability and alternatives with the provider.
