By using theframeworkhub.com or by applying for, booking, or participating in any retreat or service offered by The Framework Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

The Framework Hub offers retreats, immersions, and supporting content for men. The site provides information about these offerings and a way to apply, book, and pay. Programs are designed for adults aged eighteen and over.

Some retreats are application-only. Submitting an application is not a confirmed place. A booking is confirmed only after we have reviewed the application, accepted it, and received payment in full or under an agreed instalment plan.

Prices are shown in US dollars or as noted on the page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Where an instalment plan is offered, the full agreed amount is due across the agreed schedule. Failure to complete the instalment plan may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of payments already made.

Men, Uninterrupted Texas is $2,997, or 3 x $999. The $999 deposit is payable only after acceptance.

For every other retreat, refund eligibility depends on the date of cancellation and the specific retreat policy provided at the time of booking. Where permitted, places may be transferred to another suitable participant subject to our approval.

Personalised and made to order items are not returnable except for defects.

The Framework Companion is $14.99 per month or $99 per year, with a 7-day free trial.

Members get 10% off store products. The benefit applies to store products only. It does not apply to retreats, coaching or anything else.

Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental wellbeing during a retreat. Before attending, you agree to disclose any condition that may affect your participation, follow reasonable instructions from facilitators, and respect other participants and venue staff.

The Framework Hub does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Nothing offered on the site or during a retreat is a substitute for professional advice.

Where a retreat involves travel, you are responsible for your own visas, flights and travel insurance, and for transfers unless the retreat page lists them as included. We strongly recommend a policy that covers cancellation, medical care, and personal belongings.

Anything shared by participants during a retreat is held in confidence. We expect every participant to extend the same respect. Photography and recording during sessions require consent from everyone present.

All written content, frameworks, images, and design elements on the site are the property of The Framework Hub unless otherwise credited. They may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Framework Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or participation in a retreat. Our total liability in any matter relating to a booking will not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
