Gift Terms

The gift

A Framework Hub Experience Credit is a credit toward an eligible Framework Hub retreat or experience, purchased at the amount chosen at checkout (minimum US$100).

Applying the credit

The credit can be applied toward any eligible Framework Hub retreat or experience — either the recipient's choice, or a specific experience selected by the purchaser at the time of gifting.

A gift credit does not automatically reserve a place. Dates remain subject to availability.

Additional payment may apply if the chosen experience costs more than the value of the credit.

Redemption

To redeem, the recipient (or purchaser) contacts The Framework Hub directly with the gift reference provided at purchase, and works with our team to choose an eligible experience and date.

Delivery

Gifts are currently delivered on purchase, or sent to the purchaser for personal presentation. Delivery scheduled for a future date is not yet available.

Checkout

Secure online checkout for gifts is currently being finalised. In the meantime, submitting the gift form opens a direct conversation with The Framework Hub team to complete the gift.
