Men's Intensive Weekend: Three Days, Twelve Men, One Structure to Carry Home
Retreats · 6 min read · By Jerome Fletcher
A men's intensive weekend is not a holiday with better catering. It is a short, closed, structured working weekend: a small group of men, a defined method, no phones, and a plan built before you leave. Men search for it when a normal weekend away has stopped working, when rest helps for a week and then the same load reassembles itself exactly as it was.
This article explains what the format is, using our own Texas intensive as the concrete example, so you can judge any intensive weekend, including ours, against the same standard.
What makes a weekend an intensive
Three things separate an intensive from a retreat themed break. First, the group is small and closed. Ours is twelve men, no more, in private rooms on a private property buyout in Texas, so the group is not sharing space with strangers or working around another event. Second, the time is structured. Every day has a job, and the days build on each other. Third, entry is selective. You apply, you have a 15 minute fit call, and only then is a deposit link sent to you. That sequence protects the room for every man in it.
What an intensive is not: not a party weekend, not a networking event, and not a place where someone else fixes you. The live page says that plainly, and it is worth repeating here.
The three days, as they actually run
Day one is Set It Down. Arrival, phones collected, and pattern mapping. The evening closes with a Fireside Chat.
Day two is The Work. A pressure audit of what you are actually carrying. Breathwork, cold plunge, bodywork and movement. Group council, and your private 1:1 integration session, so the work gets applied to your actual life rather than left as a general idea. The evening closes around the fire again.
Day three is Carry It Back. You write your 90 day structure plan, built around your actual week. You are matched into an accountability pod of three with two other men from the weekend. Your 30 day integration call is scheduled. You depart early afternoon.
Also included across the weekend: a private chef cooking high protein, anti inflammatory food, all Framework teaching and council, and a leather bound field notebook that is filled over the weekend and yours to keep. Travel to Texas is not included.
Who this format suits
The Texas page names the men this is built for. Founders and operators carrying payroll, partners, and decisions nobody else sees. Senior leaders responsible for teams and results, roughly 38 to 54. Ex athletes and former military who were built for structure and are now living without enough of it. Men who have done the work before, through therapy, coaching, or books, and are still not where they want to be. Most men come alone, and no group experience is needed.
Two honest requirements sit underneath that list. You have to be willing to be challenged directly, and you have to be ready to go offline for three days. A man who cannot do the second one will not get the first one either.
What it costs, and how entry works
Plainly, because this is the part most retreat pages make you apply to learn. The Texas intensive is $2,997 all in, or 3 payments of $999. Nothing is charged when you apply. The application takes about eight minutes. If you are accepted after the fit call, your deposit link is sent to you privately, and the deposit is the first of the three payments. Texas graduates also receive a $2,000 credit toward Men, Uninterrupted in Bali if they continue to the flagship.
The next two weekends are January 22 to 24, 2027 and April 9 to 11, 2027.
One boundary, stated clearly. This work is coaching based structure, and coaching is not therapy. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for a licensed clinician. If you are in crisis, or someone near you is, call or text 988 in the United States for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
If three structured days is the format that fits the season you are in, start where every man in the room started: Men, Uninterrupted Texas. Read the weekend in full, then apply. The fit call will tell both of us the rest.
