Men's Retreat Near Me in Texas: What to Look for Close to Home

Retreats · 6 min read · By Jerome Fletcher

When a man in Texas types men's retreat near me into a search bar, he is usually not looking for a holiday. He is looking for somewhere close enough that he will actually go, serious enough that it is worth going, and structured enough that the effect survives the drive home. Near matters, because distance is the excuse that has worked for years. If the right room is in your own state, that excuse is gone.

This article sets out what to look for in a Texas option, using our own Texas intensive as the concrete example, so you can judge any retreat near you against the same standard.

Why near can be the right call

A retreat in your own state removes two barriers at once. Travel stays simple, because you are heading to a private property buyout in Texas rather than building an international trip around the work. And the return stays honest, because the life you go back to is the same life, in the same time zone, on Monday. The work does not get to hide behind jet lag or a long flight home.

Near does not mean casual. Our Texas weekend is three days and two nights, closed and small: twelve men, private rooms with no sharing, and phones collected on arrival. Most men come alone, and no group experience is needed.

What the three days actually hold

Day one is Set It Down. Arrival, phones collected, and pattern mapping. The evening closes with a Fireside Chat.

Day two is The Work. A pressure audit of what you are actually carrying. Breathwork, cold plunge, bodywork and movement. Group council, and your private 1:1 integration session. The evening closes around the fire again.

Day three is Carry It Back. You write your 90 day structure plan, built around your actual week. You are matched into an accountability pod of three with two other men from the weekend. Your 30 day integration call is scheduled. You depart early afternoon.

Also included across the weekend: a private chef cooking high protein, anti inflammatory food, all Framework teaching and council, and a leather bound field notebook that is filled over the weekend and yours to keep. Travel to Texas is not included.

Who a Texas retreat like this suits

The Texas page names the men this is built for. Founders and operators carrying payroll, partners, and decisions nobody else sees. Senior leaders responsible for teams and results, roughly 38 to 54. Ex athletes and former military who were built for structure and are now living without enough of it. Men who have done the work before, through therapy, coaching, or books, and are still not where they want to be.

It is not for a party weekend, not for networking, and not for a man who wants someone else to fix him. You have to be willing to be challenged directly, and you have to be ready to go offline for three days.

Dates, cost, and how entry works

The next two Texas weekends are January 22 to 24, 2027 and April 9 to 11, 2027.

The Texas intensive is $2,997 all in, or 3 payments of $999. Nothing is charged when you apply. The application takes about eight minutes. You then have a 15 minute fit call, and if you are accepted, your deposit link is sent to you privately. The deposit is the first of the three payments. Texas graduates also receive a $2,000 credit toward Men, Uninterrupted in Bali if they continue to the flagship.

One boundary, stated clearly. This work is coaching based structure, and coaching is not therapy. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for a licensed clinician. If you are in crisis, or someone near you is, call or text 988 in the United States for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

If searching near you led you here, start with the full weekend at Men, Uninterrupted Texas. Read it in full, then apply. The fit call will tell both of us the rest.
