Texas vs Bali: How to Choose Between the Weekend and the Week
6 min read · By Jerome Fletcher
Two doors, one method
Men, Uninterrupted runs in two formats, and men regularly ask which one they should choose. The honest answer is that they are not rivals. They are two lengths of the same work, built on the same three moves: Pause. Reframe. Return.
Texas is a 3 day intensive. Bali is a 7 day immersion. This page sets them side by side on the facts, so you can choose by fit instead of by guesswork. No winner is declared here, because the right answer depends on where you are, how much time you can honestly take, and how deep the pattern you are dealing with runs.
The two formats, plainly
Texas. Three days on a private property buyout in Texas. Twelve men per cohort, private rooms, a private chef, phones collected on arrival. The days run in a set order: Day 01, set it down, with pattern mapping and a fireside chat. Day 02, the work: pressure audit, breathwork, cold plunge, bodywork, group council, and a 1:1 integration session. Day 03, carry it back: a 90 day structure plan written before you leave, an accountability pod of three, and a 30 day integration call scheduled. Cohorts run Jan 22 to 24 and Apr 9 to 11, 2027. Pricing is shared personally after application, not published, because the first question is whether the weekend fits.
Bali. Seven days at Hotel Sages, March 11 to 18, 2027. Nine to 12 men, aged 21 and over. Thirty days of preparation before you land and 90 days of integration after, both run through the Framework Companion. A private room, a private chef, airport pickup, a leather notebook, and a photo and video deliverable are included. The week holds framework workshops, time alone with the notebook, sound healing, a waterfall purification taken part in as guests, and ATV riding out in the open. Flights are not included; you arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) by 7:00 PM Bali time on March 10. Pricing for Bali is shared in conversation, not published, and that is deliberate: the first question is whether the week fits.
Both are by application, and both follow the same sequence: apply, then a 15 minute fit call, then a decision made in both directions.
The real differences
Time away. Texas asks for a long weekend. Bali asks for a week, plus travel on both ends, plus a preparation month you should take seriously. If your life genuinely cannot release a week right now, that is not a failure of commitment. It is information. Take the door that is actually open.
Distance. A man can drive home from Texas, and some men do, mentally, long before they leave. Bali removes that option. You are half a world from your inbox and your routines, and the week has time to get past the version of you that shows up on day one. The Bali guide on this site puts it plainly: it takes a few days for a high performing man to stop performing, and a weekend is over around the time that starts.
Depth of the room. Both rooms are small and honest. Bali's extra days give the group more repetitions: more mornings after a hard conversation, more chances to test a new pattern while the men who heard you set it are still beside you. Texas concentrates the same honesty into three days and sends you home with the plan, the pod, and the integration call to hold it.
What follows. Texas builds the 90 day structure plan and checks it at 30 days. Bali wraps the week in 30 days of preparation and 90 days of integration, with the pod from your week beside you throughout. Neither format ends at the airport. That is the design, not a bonus.
The connection between them
Here is the part most men miss when they frame this as either or. Texas comes first in the design. Many men take the intensive first and the immersion when they are ready for the full week. The weekend proves the method in your own life, at a time commitment you can test. The week then goes further, building on everything the first step started.
So the choice is often not Texas or Bali. It is Texas now, or Bali first, or Texas now and Bali when the season is right.
A fair decision frame
Choose Texas first if any of these are true: you cannot take a full week yet; you want to test the method and the room before committing to the flagship; your pattern is clear enough that three structured days and a 90 day plan can move it; or the January or April dates fit the gap in your year.
Choose Bali first if these are true: you can take the week and the travel honestly; you know a weekend will only get you to the edge of the real material; you have done shorter work before and it did not hold; or being unreachable at distance is itself part of what you need.
Choose neither yet if you would have to talk yourself into it. Both pages say the same thing, and it applies to the weekend as much as the week. This work is not therapy and does not replace clinical support; a man who needs that should start with a qualified professional. And if you are in crisis, in the United States call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, before you weigh any retreat.
The door
Every route into Men, Uninterrupted starts in the same place, and the standing entry point is the Texas application. Apply for the Jan 22 to 24 or Apr 9 to 11, 2027 cohort, have the 15 minute fit call, and settle the format question in that conversation, raising Bali if the week is where you are headed next. Start at Men, Uninterrupted Texas. If you want to understand the Bali week on its own terms before you apply, Bali Brotherhood explains the part of it no itinerary can show: the men beside you, and why they matter as much as the week.
